Back to Nostalgic

Data Deletion

Last updated: October 2026

What we receive when you sign in with Facebook

Facebook shares your name, email address and profile picture with Nostalgic. We use your name and email address to create your account and show your name to your classmates; we do not use your Facebook profile picture.

Delete your account yourself

  1. Sign in to Nostalgic.
  2. Go to Settings → Profile.
  3. In the Danger zone, choose Delete account permanently and confirm with your email address. If you are the last owner of a class, you will first choose who takes it over.

This erases your account and email address, your profile, class memberships, RSVPs, life updates, yearbook signatures, and class feed posts and comments, along with your avatar and other personal uploads. Your yearbook entry goes back to unclaimed. Photos, events and tributes you contributed stay with the class with your name removed; ask a class planner, or email us, if you want specific items taken down. Deleting cannot be undone.

Remove Nostalgic from Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Nostalgic and choose Remove. This stops Facebook sharing anything further with us; it does not delete your Nostalgic account, so delete that as above.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email tw3nty.years@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
