3. DMCA Takedown Procedure

5. Counter-Notification

- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
Nostalgic maintains a repeat infringer policy. Users who are the subject of three valid DMCA takedown notices will have their accounts terminated:
- First notice: Written warning
- Second notice: Account probation (30 days)
- Third notice: Account termination
